Keep the anchor
Preserve the main movement, skill, or conditioning target when it remains safe and practical.
Free training tool
Tell us what changed, what the session needs to do, and how much the change matters. You will get a practical decision about what to keep, what to change, and when not to train through it.
Workout adapter
This tool uses the same priority order behind Aion's adaptive training decisions. It does not diagnose injuries or replace medical care.
The method
The goal is not to preserve every exercise. It is to keep the most important training job, change the smallest number of things, and leave the rest of the week coherent.
Preserve the main movement, skill, or conditioning target when it remains safe and practical.
Remove optional work, duplicate accessories, and extra sets before rushing the work that matters.
Ordinary constraints can be programmed around. Concerning pain or illness symptoms need a different response.
Evidence and limits
The decisions combine Aion's actual programming rules with research on time-efficient training, autoregulation, and sleep loss. They are general training guidance. They are not a medical assessment.
Stop for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, sharp or worsening pain, sudden weakness, or a clear loss of normal movement. Seek qualified medical care when symptoms are severe, persistent, or concerning.
