Email support@aioncoach.app with the device model, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include medical records or emergency information.
Common Requests
- Workout plan or exercise substitution did not match your equipment.
- Aion gave unclear guidance or did not update the right day.
- Workout logging, progress stats, or weekly review looks wrong.
- Sign in with Apple or Google, account access, billing, refund help, or deletion request.
Billing And Refund Help
App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel or manage renewal in your Apple account. If Aion was not a fit, contact us within 7 days for a monthly purchase or 14 days for an annual purchase and we will help you request a refund through Apple. Apple decides whether a refund is approved.
Training Safety
If you feel sharp pain, chest pain, dizziness, numbness, or a medical emergency, stop training and contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional. Aion Coach cannot provide emergency or medical care.
Data Requests
You can delete your account from Profile in the app. That removes your account and associated training data. For access, correction, export, or additional deletion help, email support with the email used for Apple or Google sign in and any relevant device details. You can also use the Delete account page.
