Using The App

You may use Aion Coach only if you can safely participate in fitness training and can follow these terms. Keep profile details accurate, use the app lawfully, and do not misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.

Training Guidance

Aion Coach provides fitness planning, workout logging, and AI coaching support. It is not a doctor, physical therapist, medical provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, or unusual symptoms.

Your Responsibility

• Choose weights, ranges of motion, and exercises you can perform safely.
• Check equipment, space, and surroundings before training.
• Get professional medical advice before training with an injury or condition.
• Do not rely on Aion Coach for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency decisions.

AI Responses

Aion can make mistakes. Review recommendations before following them, especially when changing exercises, intensity, or volume. If a suggestion does not match your equipment, experience, or how your body feels, ask for an adjustment or skip it.

No Emergency Use

Do not use Aion Coach for emergencies. If you experience severe symptoms or think you may need urgent care, stop training and contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Profile And Data

You are responsible for information you provide in the app. Keep it accurate enough for training guidance and do not submit content you do not have the right to share. Profile and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions And Refunds

Aion Plus may be offered as an annual or monthly auto renewing subscription through the App Store. Prices, trial details, renewal timing, and cancellation options are shown before purchase and are managed through your Apple account.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. If Aion was not a fit, contact us within 7 days for a monthly purchase or 14 days for an annual purchase and we will help you request a refund through Apple. Refund approval is decided by Apple.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from Profile in the app. You can also request deletion on the Delete account page. Deletion removes your account and personal training data from active systems, subject to legal obligations and legitimate security records.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or be unavailable at times. We may update workouts, AI behavior, features, and these terms as the app evolves.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
