Delete Account

Delete your Aion Coach account.

Delete In The App

Open Aion Coach, go to Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account from active systems and signs you out.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@aionthecoach.com from the email used for Apple or Google sign in. Use the subject Delete my Aion Coach account. We may ask for enough information to confirm that the account is yours before deleting it.

What Is Deleted

Deletion removes your profile, account links, plans, sessions, workout logs, check ins, progress history, personal records, notes, attachments, friend links, coaching memory, AI messages, plan proposals, calendar summaries, saved coach decisions, imported health data, health connection tokens, push tokens, membership records, and local billing records tied to your account.

What May Remain

We may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backups, or legitimate operational reasons. These records are not used to rebuild your training account. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, health providers, and other service providers may keep records under their own policies, including purchase history that Aion cannot delete directly.

Timing

In app deletion runs immediately against active account data. Email requests are reviewed as soon as practical after we can verify the account.

We use privacy friendly analytics to see which pages help people start training. No session recordings, no advertising, no third party sharing.
