About Aion

A training plan that stays coherent when the day changes.

Last reviewed: September 16, 2026

What Aion Coach Is

Aion Coach is an adaptive workout planner for iPhone. It builds a training week around the athlete's goal, experience, schedule, equipment, and available time. Completed workouts, check-ins, and explicit corrections keep later decisions connected to what actually happened.

The product is for people who want a structured plan but do not live inside a perfectly predictable week. A short day, missed session, crowded gym, travel setup, or ordinary recovery change should lead to a deliberate adjustment rather than a full reset.

How A Training Decision Is Made

Aion's calendar is built from explicit programming rules for session roles, exercise requirements, progression, equipment, schedule, and recoverable workload. The conversational coach can explain the plan and propose a bounded change. It does not silently invent a replacement program in chat.

A useful adjustment preserves the purpose of the session, changes the smallest number of variables, and keeps the remaining week understandable. The public adaptive training method and free workout adapter show that decision order before anyone creates an account.

Who Writes The Guides

Niccolo Valenti is the founder of Aion Coach. He designs the programming rules the app runs on, and the guides on this site are written from the same decisions. He is not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian, and the guides do not pretend otherwise. Claims that touch on health cite the sources listed on each page, and every guide says where training advice stops and qualified care begins.

It is the same name Apple shows as the developer on the App Store listing. Corrections and questions about any guide go to support@aionthecoach.com.

How The Guides Are Written

Public guidance begins with a real decision the product is designed to make. Each decision page must give a direct answer, show what to preserve, work through a concrete example, name where the answer changes, and link to the evidence supporting material claims.

Aion does not invent a medical qualification or a review that did not happen. Sources are visible on the page. Material revisions use a truthful modified date; a deploy alone does not make an article new.

Safety Boundary

Aion handles ordinary training constraints. It does not diagnose injuries, treat illness, provide emergency care, or clear someone to train through concerning symptoms. Guidance involving pain, illness, sleep, or unusual weakness states when the tool should stop and qualified care should take over.

Privacy and Measurement

Public pages are readable without an account. Website analytics remain off until a visitor allows them; the Whop advertising pixel is the exception and runs on every visit. The workout adapter does not save its answers. Acquisition reporting uses page paths and broad channel categories rather than search queries or full referrer URLs. The complete handling rules are in the Privacy Policy.
